- Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD module

- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions

- Map client business processes and requirements to SAP SD configurations

- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities

- Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutions

- Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolution

- Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transports

- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification

- Provide support for current implementations, rollouts, and support projects

- Work independently and mentor junior team members when required
