- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
n
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
n




- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
n
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
n

n

Skill set Required

n

n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Solid phone contact handling skills, including active listening skills and ability to empathize
n
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
n
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
n
- Previous customer support experience is an added advantage
n
