About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced Cold Calling / Sales Executive to help us generate qualified opportunities for our IT services business in the US market.

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: India / Remote

Working Hours: US Time Zone

Industry: IT Services / Software Services

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound cold calls to US-based companies and decision-makers
- Use Apollo to identify relevant companies, contacts, and leads
- Research prospects before calling to make conversations more relevant
- Introduce our IT services and software development capabilities
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential opportunities
- Send personalized follow-up emails after calls
- Follow up consistently through calls and emails
- Book qualified meetings for the sales/founder team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and meetings

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales,



or B2B lead generation
- Previous experience selling IT services / software development services is strongly preferred
- Experience calling US prospects
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in US time zones
- Hands-on familiarity with Apollo.io for prospecting and lead research
- Robust follow-up skills across phone and email
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CTOs, CIOs, and other business decision-makers
- Target-driven and confident handling objections

Success in This Role

Your primary goal will be to turn targeted prospects into qualified sales conversations and meetings, rather than simply maximizing the number of calls.
