About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own and drive end-to-end e-commerce operations across procurement, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own end-to-end e-commerce supply chain operations from sourcing to final delivery.
n
- Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock availability.
n
- Oversee 3PLs, fulfillment centers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
n
- Manage end-to-end international and cross-border logistics, including shipping, customs, and compliance.
n
- Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
n
- Manage backend operations across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
n
- Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs,



delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
n
- Identify process gaps and drive end-to-end process improvements and automation.
n
- Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
n
- Lead and manage the operations team and handle operational escalations.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
n
- Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.
n
- Strong experience in inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL management.
n
- Experience in international/cross-border e-commerce operations.
n
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage.
n
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
