Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tour Executive to manage tour operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages and itineraries.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, costing, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other travel services.
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Coordinate with customers before, during, and after their tours.
- Ensure all tour arrangements are confirmed and delivered as per the agreed itinerary.
- Handle changes, cancellations, special requests, and customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, documents, and customer information.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Monitor tour schedules and resolve operational issues on a timely basis.
- Collect customer feedback and work toward improving service quality.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel products, hotels, attractions, and tourism trends.

- Sales-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in tour operations, travel agency, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and a passion for travel may also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: [Amount] per month/annum, depending on experience and skills.
