- To assist the Station manager/ Agronomy Manager/ Crop Technician in managing the Agronomy at the station and in the smooth running of the entire assigned operations activities
- To take stock of the resources (men & material) and allocate the resources as per the need of the breeding team/research team/Ops team
- On-time execution of all the assigned activities from Land preparation to Material disinfection as planned by concerned manager.
- To monitor & guide the temporary workers w.r.t SHEILD & SAFETY sustenance.
- To collect proper data regularly workers activities) and tracking in the available templates
- Supervise the temporary workers and to see that they are wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, follow the access control rules and all the SHIELD guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should have practical knowledge of the cultivation of crop, machineries, farm equipment and knowledge of chemical risk.
- Should be an effective communicator (both verbal & non- verbal communication) in the local language and knowledge of English (for writing)
- Possess a basic knowledge of computer applications.
