Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our technology team and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern SRE and DevOps concepts, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available systems, automating operational processes, and supporting our development teams in delivering high-quality software efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain reliable infrastructure and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance system reliability and streamline workflows.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system availability.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in system operations.
- Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Integrate and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
- Install and configure cloud-native open-source DevOps tools.
- Handle performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, and troubleshoot cloud service issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.




- Support containerization and orchestration efforts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
- Deep expertise with modern DevOps/SRE concepts, CI/CD processes, and release management.
- Experience in installing and configuring cloud-native open-source DevOps tools.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience in deployment using Helm charts.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferred: Azure).
- Experience in implementing 'Everything as Code.'
- Experience in maintaining code in version control systems such as Git.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools and implement them for production use.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and system operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
