Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 10-16 years of experience and solid expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, full-stack development, Angular/React, databases, and system architecture.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in technical leadership, team management, project ownership, scalable application development, and client communication, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Angular/React.
- Drive system architecture, technical decisions, technology selection, and best practices.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and backend systems.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews and ensure security, performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage developers while ensuring effective task allocation and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with PMs, BAs, QA, DevOps, and clients/stakeholders.
- Participate in estimation, technical planning, Agile/Scrum, and risk management.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive continuous technical improvement.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide the development team and support complex technical challenges.




- Conduct code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, technical discussions, and performance feedback.
- Participate in technical interviews and team development initiatives.
- Ensure team productivity, accountability, collaboration, and delivery quality.

Required Skills

- 10-16 years of software development experience with strong technical leadership.
- Expert-level Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript experience.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Angular/React and modern frontend development.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, clean architecture, and DSA.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL; MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis are a plus.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and cloud environments.
- Strong team management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, DevOps, and CI/CD experience.
- Knowledge of automated testing, SonarQube, and TDD.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications.
