Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking and NBFC clients.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and joining.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and joining targets.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for BFSI requirements.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment updates.
