- We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Reservations & Revenue Manager to handle central reservations, pricing, inventory, OTA performance and direct-booking conversion for our hospitality portfolio.
- - The portfolio currently includes Hotel Mookambika Palace, Kollur, Villa Vara and other boutique stays and hospitality properties managed by Moi Escapes.
- - The candidate will be responsible for improving occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking conversion and direct revenue while ensuring accurate and professional communication with every guest.
- - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Handle and supervise enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media and online travel portals.
- Ensure quick and accurate quotation sharing, structured follow-up and closure of enquiries.
- Maintain room rates, availability, restrictions, meal plans and room categories across the PMS, channel manager, booking engine and OTAs.
- Manage MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda and other approved booking platforms.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pickup, cancellations, lead time, booking pace and channel mix.
- Conduct regular competitor-rate checks and recommend pricing changes according to demand, weekends, festivals, temple dates and remaining inventory.
- Maintain rate parity while improving direct bookings through value-added packages and better booking policies.
- Coordinate booking advances, payment links, confirmations, modifications, cancellations and refunds.
- Handle group bookings, family bookings and corporate or travel-agent enquiries.
- Ensure accurate pre-arrival communication, including location, check-in time, room category, meal inclusions and payment status.
- Coordinate closely with the front office, hotel operations, housekeeping, accounts and marketing teams.
- Audit OTA photographs, room descriptions, policies, taxes, amenities and meal inclusions.
- Ensure there are no discrepancies between the website, WhatsApp quotations, hotel systems and OTA listings.




- Prepare a daily reservations and revenue dashboard.
- Prepare weekly occupancy forecasts and monthly property-wise performance reports.
- Analyse enquiry sources, conversion rate, booking value, lost enquiries and cancellation reasons.
- Train reservation executives and prepare standard telephone, WhatsApp and email communication templates.
- Ensure guest details, follow-ups and booking history are recorded correctly in the PMS or CRM.
- Support online-review recovery and post-stay communication when required.

- - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- - 4–7 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue management or front-office reservations.
- Minimum two years in a supervisory, revenue or multi-property role.
- Graduate or diploma/degree holder in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Management or a related field.
- Valuable working knowledge of hotel PMS, channel managers, booking engines and major OTAs.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Good understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, dynamic pricing and forecasting.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Kannada and Hindi are preferred.
- - - CANDIDATE PROFILE
- - The candidate must be commercially sharp, highly organised, guest-focused and comfortable taking complete ownership of reservations and revenue performance. They should communicate clearly, follow up consistently and work closely with hotel operations, accounts and marketing.
- - WORKING PATTERN
- - Six-day hospitality work week with one weekday weekly off. The candidate must be available for planned peak-date, weekend and urgent booking support when required.
- - Compensation will be based on relevant experience, current CTC and practical knowledge of reservations and revenue management. There would be salary + incentives on revenue benefits.
