- Prepare RM requirements based on production plans, BOM, and inventory levels.
- Plan and monitor procurement of sheet metal such as MS, SS, GI, and Aluminium.
- Generate and follow up on PR/PO for required materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for price, quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Track open POs and in-transit materials to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor RM stock and maintain appropriate minimum/maximum inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse for GRN, material receipt, identification, and storage.
- Coordinate with Quality for incoming inspection, MTC verification, and material release.
- Ensure correct grade, thickness, size, and specification of sheet metal.
- Monitor material consumption, shortages, excess stock, and scrap/wastage.




- Maintain RM-related records and reports in SAP/Excel.
- Follow up on supplier delays, quality issues, shortages, and replacement materials.
- Support cost reduction, inventory optimization, and supplier development.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Finance.
