Key Responsibilities

10+ years in SAP, with strong SAP S/4HANA and integration experience.
Act as the SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert for the NextGen Commerce platform.
Design end-to-end integrations between the commerce platform and SAP S/4HANA.
Define integration flows for products, material master data, product taxonomy, customer/business partner data, pricing, inventory, orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Understand and support product setup, product hierarchy, classification, taxonomy, and approval processes within SAP.
Design and guide integrations with downstream systems, including warehouses and 3PL providers.
Help create reusable connectors and integration patterns that can support multiple countries and multiple SAP S/4HANA instances.
Work with engineering teams on SAP APIs and integration technologies such as OData, APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and SAP Integration Suite/CPI, where applicable.
Define data mappings, source-of-truth ownership, error handling, reconciliation, and synchronization strategies.
Support end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and production implementation.




Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its end-to-end business processes.
Deep understanding of Product/Material Master, Business Partner/Customer Master, Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), pricing, inventory, and order-to-cash processes.
Robust knowledge of product hierarchy, taxonomy, classification, variants, and product lifecycle/approval processes.
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with external platforms and downstream systems.
Strong understanding of SAP APIs, OData, IDocs, BAPIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with warehouse, fulfillment, and 3PL integrations is highly preferred.
Experience working in multi-country and multi-SAP environments is highly desirable.
Understanding of both B2B and B2C commerce processes is preferred.

We need a hands-on SAP expert who can bridge SAP functional knowledge and technical integration architecture. The person should be able to understand a business requirement end-to-end, identify the relevant SAP processes and data, and guide our engineering team in building scalable integrations that can be reused across countries and SAP environments.
