AUTONOMOUS, the premier conference on the future of robotics and physical AI, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to own and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter/X. You'll be the person who makes sure we're always part of the conversation, spotting trends and industry news as they break and getting content out fast, while also building the long-term content strategy that compounds our growth over time.

This role is equal parts strategist and executor. You'll need a sharp editorial instinct, a genuine pulse on what's happening in our industry, and the design chops to turn ideas into polished visual content yourself.

What You'll Do

- Own LinkedIn and Twitter/X growth end to end: strategy, content calendar, posting, and performance tracking
- Build and run distinct content pillars (e.g. thought leadership, company updates, industry commentary, behind the scenes) designed to compound follower growth over time
- Monitor industry news and trending conversations in real time and move quickly to create timely, relevant posts
- Design graphics and visual assets for posts using Photoshop and Figma
- Continuously test formats, hooks, and posting cadence to find what drives growth; treat growth as a constant experiment, not a fixed playbook
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on what's working

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing; B2B experience preferred, but strong candidates from other backgrounds are welcome if they have a proven sense for growth marketing
- Working proficiency in Photoshop and Figma for basic graphic design
- A genuine growth obsession: you think in terms of pillars, systems, and compounding tactics, not one off posts
- Sharp news sense: you're plugged into industry trends and can spot what's worth reacting to before everyone else does
- Strong writing instincts for both LinkedIn's long form, narrative style and Twitter/X's rapid, punchy format
- Comfortable working independently and moving quickly without waiting on approvals for every post
- Available to work US hours
