teams (20+ HC).

o Builds robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Communicates effectively with senior leadership, clients, and delivery
teams.
5. Technical Competence
o Understands technical architecture and delivery complexities.
o Can bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

o Implements best practices in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
o Waterfall is mandatory.
o Ensures compliance with governance, quality, and reporting standards.
