Roles & Responsibility:

- Experience in Chemical, Specialty Chemical, Petrochemical, API, Bulk Drug, or Process Industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of Distillation, Crystallization, Evaporation, Filtration, Drying, Reaction Processes, and other unit operations.
- Good understanding of Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer, Fluid Flow, Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, and Process Equipment.
- Experience working on DCS, SCADA, PLC, or Batch Process Plants.
- Knowledge of Process Safety, SOPs, GMP (where applicable), ISO Management Systems, and Secure Work Practices.
- Experience in manpower handling, shift operations, production planning, and coordination with maintenance departments.
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues and optimize plant performance.
- R sic knowledge of process documentation, production reporting, and quality requirements.
