Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, setting up, and managing paid ad campaigns across Google & Meta
Monitor daily campaign performance (spend, CPC, CTR, conversions) and flag anomalies
Support senior media buyers in budget allocation and bid optimization
Help draft and test ad copy variations for different audiences
Track and report on key campaign metrics
Research audience segments, competitors, and market trends
Assist with basic campaign tracking setup using Google Tag Manager & GA4

Requirements
6 months – 1year of experience in digital marketing or media buying (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome)
Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager




Familiarity with key performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA)
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take feedback in a fast-paced environment
