OMSON Developers is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Documentation teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling/leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in residential, commercial and plotted developments will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA/Master's degree will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
