Job Purpose

The Techno-Functional Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing the best technical solutions to meet business and functional requirements within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Experience in the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules such as Admissions & Recruitment, Student Enrolment, Class Scheduling, Course Feedback, Grading, Research Track, Campus Self Service and Graduation.
- Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, change management, and release management activities.
- Analyze, test, and deploy system fixes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional/Operational/technical issues related to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Review and assess recent PeopleSoft PUM updates and features.
- Support Admissions/Programme Office activities by preparing reports, templates, test scenarios, test scripts, and UAT documentation.
- Demonstrate solutions to business users and create user manuals and training materials.

Collaborate with ERP team members and Business Owners and take ownership of additional responsibilities when required





Key Skill and Ability Requirements

Functional Expertise Required

- Experience in the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.

- PeopleTools
- Application Engine
- SQL for Query/Reports
- Other PeopleSoft technologies

Technical Skills Required

Qualification and Personal Profile

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

- Experience in implementation, support, and solution delivery of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0.

- Experience working with medium to large higher education institutions.

- Strong background in systems analysis, database management, and project implementation.
