Job Description:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per approved test methods and specifications.
- Prepare and standardize chemical reagents, solutions, buffers, and reference standards, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and expiry control.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine verification of laboratory instruments, including pH Meter, Weighing Balance, Refractometer, Moisture Analyzer, Muffle Furnace, Kjeldahl Apparatus, and Titration Equipment.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely completion of laboratory testing within defined turnaround times.
- Prepare and maintain Test Reports, COAs, Worksheets, Logbooks, Calibration/Verification Records, Reagent Records, SOPs,



and other QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP, GMP, FSSAI/FSSC requirements, and Data Integrity practices.
- Investigate abnormal/OOS results, perform/support root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory operations.
- Follow all plant and laboratory safety procedures, including secure chemical handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory waste.
