Job Title: Associate Project Controls/ Scheduler

Shift: Evening-2 pm-10pm

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Project Control to join our team at K&A; Engineering in Sanepa, Lalitpur. Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Controls services include but are not limited to the following:

- Process forecasts, trends, and estimates for large construction projects
- Implement project control best practices and process improvements




- Lead corporate and program-wide quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to cost and schedule data requests
- Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules
- Analyze and control project budgets
- Generate project reports

Qualifications and Required Skills:

- Civil Engineering or revalant engineering degree preferred
- Minimum 2 year of experience in relavent field.
- Experience in Project scheduling and project monitoring
- Experience using Primavera P6 Software, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Smartsheet will be given priority
- Proficient in Visio and Scheduling/Cost Management software (i.e., Primavera P6 and Contract Manager)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Extensive experience in ERP, schedule planning, and management is a plus
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to simplify complex technical information
- Accurate analysis and decision-making
- Proactive in optimizing organizational effectiveness
- Understanding of project controls' linkages to other disciplines
- Experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, estimating, forecasting, trends, and EVM.
