"We have 14 Large to mid-size projects and 7+ SOS projects under piping engineering execution. We are managing this workload with only 8 piping engineers. The work includes Layout preparation, 3D modeling, Piping Stress calculation, and Isometric drawing preparation, technical support in valve procurement, Piping BOQ release, pipe support inputs, checking/reviewing 3rd party deliverables, etc. Managing this workload with only 8 piping engineer is a real challenge and we are falling short to meet our deliverable commitment. We immediately need additional resources in the piping team.

Team

Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role, you will be responsible for piping design and 3D modelling of industrial plants using software such as E3D, PDMS, and SP3D.
- Furthermore, you will develop equipment, piping, structural steel, pipe support, and pipe rack models while ensuring accurate plant layouts.
- Moreover, you will prepare piping GA drawings, extract isometric drawings from 3D models, and create nozzle orientation, platform-ladder orientation, and plot plan drawings.
- Additionally,



you will generate secondary pipe support input drawings for structural design and perform modelling for pipe insulation, roads, and drainage systems.
- Subsequently, you will utilize AutoCAD for drafting activities and support detailed engineering documentation as required.

- Consequently, you will extract piping bills of materials (BOM) and primary pipe support BOQs from 3D models to support procurement and project execution.
- Finally, you will perform stress analysis of critical piping lines to ensure compliance with design standards and operational requirements.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of piping design & modelling using 3D software.
