Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail, team management, sales, customer handling, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure an excellent showroom experience.
- Drive sales, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and store performance.
- Maintain accurate jewellery stock and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Ensure proper inward/outward movement and physical stock verification.
- Monitor product display, showroom presentation, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
