Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures as per company policy.
- Plan manpower allocation and manage shift schedules.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and ERP/SAP entries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
- Train, guide, and motivate shop floor workers for better efficiency.
- Handle any production-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills:

- Ability to coordinate with operators/workers
- Basic team handling and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
