Role Purpose

Manager Recent Hotels Openings is based in Gurgaon will work together with the owning companies as the projects are moving through the pre- opening process. This includes an orientation to the owning company on IHG ways of working, project kick-off meetings, development of the pre-opening budget and regular catchups to ensure the projects are moving

Key Accountabilities

- Provide strategic oversight for multiple hotel openings across Southwest Asia
- Forecasting accuracy management of opening dates
- Coach and Mentor opening GM’s and Project Leads
- Be the main point of contact with project team and ownership.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering team on project updates and progress, support in escalating any potential risks to ownership.




- Liaise with core team and key functions to ensure all pre-opening tasks are completed in timely manner toward opening date.
- Ensure all pre-opening milestones are completed according to agreed timeline.
- Ensure all post-opening milestones are completed
- Ensure Owners Portal and one force systems are up to date.
- Communicate on regular basis projects updates, progress and accomplished points.
- Ensure all governance, licenses and insurances are fully compliant before opening in line with HMA or FLA.

Key Skills & Experiences

Educational Attainment:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hotel Management
