About the Role

Jetwave Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an MIS Manager to manage MIS operations, data reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking for a Government IT project.

The role involves managing the MIS/backend team, ensuring data accuracy, preparing management reports, monitoring project KPIs, and coordinating with internal project teams and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end MIS and reporting activities for the Government IT project.

- Supervise the MIS/backend team and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and project stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, reports, and monitoring formats.

- Monitor project KPIs, targets, milestones, and overall progress.

- Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, backend teams, and government stakeholders.

- Ensure reports are accurate, complete, properly documented, and submitted within defined timelines.

- Maintain proper records, trackers, supporting documents, and MIS databases.





- Support management with data-driven insights and periodic performance summaries.

- Establish and maintain standard reporting formats and processes.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, data cleaning, and dashboard preparation.

- Strong understanding of MIS, data management, reporting, and analysis.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong team management and coordination skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple sources of information.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines.

- Experience working on Government / IT / e-Governance projects will be preferred.

Eligibility

- MBA or equivalent management qualification.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.

- Candidates with experience in Government projects, IT projects, or large-scale field operations will be preferred.
