Job Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects in SAP SD. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, sales order management, billing, pricing, shipping, and customer master data management in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
n
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns.
n
- Work on pricing procedures, output determination, credit management, and account determination.
n
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
n
- Configure customer master data, sales areas, shipping points, routes, and partner functions.
n
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams including MM, FICO, WM/EWM, and PP.
n




- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
n
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
n
- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
n

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
n
- Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
n
- Expertise in Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, and Returns.
n
- Experience in Pricing, Credit Management, Output Determination, and Batch Management.
n
- Knowledge of Integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM modules.
n
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
