Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is seeking an experienced Project Zonal Coordinator to support zone-wise EPMC contract execution, covering construction supervision, SAP activities, stores management, documentation, and project coordination.

n

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing multiple projects in the Oil & Gas or CGD sector, with solid exposure to LNG/LCNG/CNG station construction, SAP processes, inventory management, and site coordination.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities for LNG/LCNG/CNG stations, including civil & structural, electrical, mechanical, and other associated works.
n
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Engineers for smooth zone-wise project execution.
n
- Prepare and maintain PTW/WA and project trackers.
n
- Prepare and maintain cost centres, WBS elements, functional locations, and equipment records in SAP.
n
- Upload site-wise documents in SAP as per DMS and forward invoices through BWS.
n
- Certify SES and invoices as per Policy.
n
- Manage stores, stocks, and preservation of materials at site.
n
- Prepare inventory reports and material reconciliation statements.
n
- Carry out physical verification of materials as per policy.
n
- Coordinate e-way bills, transit and storage insurance, and lodge claims as per policy.

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
n
- Maintain project records, documentation, and tracking registers.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Graduate Engineer (any discipline) with minimum 7 years of experience, or Diploma Engineer (any discipline) with minimum 10 years of experience.
n
- Experience in managing multiple projects in the Oil & Gas sector or CGD industry.
n
- Exposure to construction of LNG/LCNG/CNG stations or similar CGD infrastructure.
n
- Working knowledge of SAP, stores management, and inventory reconciliation.
n
- Experience in PTW/WA systems, SES and invoice certification, and project reporting.
n
