Role Purpose

To support the L&D; team in creating simple, engaging, and learner-friendly digital learning content by converting L&D; content, presentations, and scripts into visually appealing videos using video creation, animation, and design tools, making learning more interactive and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Video Creation & Animation

n

n
- Create engaging learning videos using Vyond/Canva, based on scripts and content provided by the L&D; team.
n
- Convert training content and concepts into simple, clear, and easy-to-understand videos.
n
- Create scenes, characters, animations, graphics, transitions, voiceovers, thumbnails, and other visual elements.
n
- Turn text-heavy content into visually appealing and learner-friendly videos.
n
- Add simple scenarios, examples, and dialogues to make learning more engaging.
n
- Edit and improve videos based on feedback from the L&D; team.
n
- Ensure videos are accurate, brand-aligned, and delivered on time.
n

2. Video Editing & Quality Checks

n

- Perform basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, subtitles, audio, and timing.
n
- Review videos for accuracy, quality, spelling/grammar, and alignment with the approved script.
n
- Incorporate feedback and ensure final videos are LMS-ready.
n

3. L&D; Project Support

n

n
- Support the L&D; team in creating digital learning content and maintaining video files,



templates, graphics, and other assets.
n
- Track assigned projects, collaborate with the L&D; team, and ensure timely delivery of content.
n

Key Skills Required

n

1. Technical Skills

n

· Basic knowledge of video creation, animation, and design tools such as Vyond, Canva, Synthesia, Camtasia, PowerPoint, or similar tools, with an understanding of multimedia files.

n

2. Creative Skills

n

· Strong visual sense and creativity, with the ability to turn information into simple, engaging visuals and well-designed content.

n

3. Learning & Communication Skills

n

· Good communication and understanding of learning objectives, with the ability to simplify information into clear, engaging content, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.

n

Desired Profile

n

n
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Media, or a related field.
n
- Strong interest in digital learning, animation, video and visual content creation, with good presentation skills.
n
- Creative, adaptable, willing to learn current tools, and open to feedback.
n
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
n
- Portfolio/sample work in Canva, Vyond, video, or visual content is preferred.
n
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
