We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month
Service Agreement: 18 months

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in sales and client acquisition, and open to working with both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Pitch company services to potential clients and understand their business needs.
Handle client discussions, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Interact with international clients when required (good to have, not mandatory).




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Maintain and track leads, pipelines, and conversions.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

✅ Qualifications & Skills
1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients over calls and meetings.
Exposure to international client communication is a plus.
Valuable negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities effectively.
BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in an IT services / digital marketing / agency setup is an advantage.
