Experience Range: With 4 to 6 years of experience in .Net development, including substantial hands-on expertise with ASP.NET MVC and related technologies Key Responsibilities:Design and architect scalable .Net solutions using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Oracle RDBMS to address complex business requirementsDevelop, implement, and maintain high-performance applications, ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to project timelinesLead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and conducting regular code reviews to uphold best practicesIntegrate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes for .Net applicationsConfigure and manage containerized environments with Docker, and orchestrate deployments using KubernetesImplement real-time data streaming and messaging solutions leveraging Kafka for high-throughput scenariosCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver high-quality software solutionsOptimize application performance through profiling, refactoring,
