- · Lead the definition, evolution, and governance of the enterprise architecture framework, including domain architecture strategies, guiding principles, policies, reference architectures, and standards.
- · Own end to end solution architecture across General Insurance in Health, Motor, travel, home insurance etc.
- · Research and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and future ready architecture solutions.
- · Define and maintain a holistic view of the enterprise technology landscape, including core platforms, surround systems, data, integration, and infrastructure.
- · Provide deep expertise in insurance systems, ecosystem integrations, and industry specific patterns, including core insurance platforms and partner integrations
- · Drive architecture assessments to establish current state and target state application, data, and integration architectures
- · Articulate the business impact of architectural and technology decisions, enabling informed executive and stakeholder decision making.
- · Provide technical leadership and architectural input into vendor evaluations, and solution selection processes
- · Author and govern Solution Design Documents, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), HLDs,



and LLDs aligned with enterprise standards
- · Review and approve detailed solution designs to ensure compliance with architecture, security, resilience, and regulatory standards
- · Establish and enforce architecture governance processes to ensure all initiatives comply with target architecture and design principles
- · Assure that solution builds conform to approved designs through design assurance, reviews, and quality gates
- · Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to consult, influence, and guide technology decisions aligned with business strategy
- · Continuously research emerging technologies, platforms, and delivery methods to modernize and future proof enterprise solutions
- · Apply industry best practices and automation strategies to design simplified, reusable, and scalable architectures
- · Define standardized delivery procedures, integration processes, and architectural playbooks
- · Establish and maintain integration interface documents, integration standards, and an enterprise integration catalogue
