As an ETL Automation Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming data engineering processes within our Data and Analytics Engineering group. You will be at the forefront of client support, driving the modernization of data systems and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize data workflows. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Data Modernisation initiatives, contributing to the development of creative solutions that meet client needs.

As a Manager, you will guide teams through strategic planning and execution, mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and performance. You will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, and completion while maintaining consistent quality and timelines. Your leadership will inspire others to deliver exceptional results, and you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation, confirming that our data engineering solutions are aligned with client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities





- Leading the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Managing data integration and transformation processes to support data modernization initiatives
- Overseeing the development and optimization of data pipelines and data warehouses to enhance data accessibility and performance
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of data architecture development and data infrastructure management
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure Data Factory to build scalable and secure data solutions
- Promoting the adoption of data anonymization and database security best practices to protect sensitive information
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data strategy enhancement and innovation
- Validating data quality and integrity through rigorous data validation and troubleshooting processes
- Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks
