We are looking for a Dental RCM Specialist to join our growing US dental billing team. The ideal candidate has experience with US dental insurance billing and understands the full revenue cycle.
Responsibilities
- Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
- Work on AR, denials, rejections, and unpaid claims
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
- Communicate with dental offices and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
Requirements
- 1+ years of US dental billing/RCM experience
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and CDT codes
- Experience with claims, AR and denial management
- Valuable written and spoken English
- Comfortable working US hours
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
