Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience who are interested in developing their skills in architectural design, drafting, documentation, and visualization.

The candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and gain exposure to US and global-based architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and project coordination.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
n
- Support the preparation of presentations and design materials for clients and project teams.
n
- Assist the construction team with drawings and technical documentation.
n
- Support the development of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents under the guidance of senior team members.
n
- Assist with project research, material research, and design-related activities.
n
- Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation.
n
- Support the team in preparing project specifications and other technical documents.
n
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and construction teams as required.
n
- Learn and follow project standards, workflows, and documentation requirements.
n
- Participate in the technical development of projects and continuously develop architectural and software skills.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers / Entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
n
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
n
- Basic understanding of architectural design and drafting principles.
n
- Good drawing and visualization skills.
n
- Creativity and attention to detail.
n
- Willingness to learn new software, technologies, and architectural workflows.
n
- Good computer proficiency.
n
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
n
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
n

Preferred Software Knowledge

n

Knowledge of any of the following software will be an added advantage:

- AutoCAD
n
- Revit
n
- SketchUp
n
- Lumion
n
- Vectorworks
n
- Architectural Visualization (Arch Viz)

Candidates do not need to be proficient in all the above software. Basic knowledge or academic/project experience will be considered.
