The brief
Damco is building a more modern, scalable and digitally mature design function.
We're looking for a designer who enjoys creating exceptional digital experiences while also improving how design gets done. Someone who thinks beyond individual screens and assets and is equally interested in systems, workflows, consistency and scale.
This role is for someone who gets excited about great digital experiences, strong design systems, emerging technologies and smarter ways of working.

Introduce scalable systems and reusable design patterns
Improve collaboration between design and development
Bring fresh digital references and modern design thinking into the team
Help establish more efficient and future-ready design workflows

What you bring
Must Have
Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages and digital experiences
Advanced Figma proficiency
Experience creating component-based systems and scalable design patterns
Solid visual design, layout and interaction design fundamentals
Experience working with technology, SaaS, enterprise or digital-first brands
Ability to independently manage projects and priorities

Bonus
Nice To Have
Motion design experience
Lottie, Rive or interactive design exposure
AI-assisted design workflows
Experience collaborating closely with developers
Basic understanding of front-end implementation considerations
