Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Insurance and Investment business across North Emerging Markets of South.

Drive business strategy, sales, distribution and productivity across branch banking, relationship teams, outbound sales teams and channel partners.

Lead Life & General Insurance, Mutual Funds and other investment and wealth propositions across Mass, Affluent and NRI customer segments.

Own product-level revenue, productivity and business-growth objectives with focus on customer penetration, cross-sell and portfolio deepening.

Develop and execute business plans aligned to product growth, revenue generation, distribution productivity and customer relationship expansion.

Partner with frontline and distribution leadership through joint calls, market visits, training and product-positioning interventions to improve productivity and conversion.

Drive structured performance governance through MOM and YOY reviews,



business planning and execution tracking.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen distribution, customer engagement and wealth-product penetration.

Mentor and develop teams with a strong focus on execution excellence, productivity, business growth and customer centricity.

Job Requirements :

- 8-20 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in wealth management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, equity derivatives, fixed income instruments etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with HNI clients.
