- Develop and deliver training programs for insurance professionals across multiple zones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver behavioral training, product training, and content development initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management in an Insurance industry setting.
- Robust background in behavioural training, content development, learning and development, product training, training analysis, training delivery, training need analysis, training management.
