CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Raipur or willing to be based in Raipur will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive sales and marketing activities across Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with steel plants and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate customer trials and work closely with the technical team to improve product performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
- Develop regional sales strategies and provide regular market intelligence and reports.
- Lead and guide the sales team across the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile





- 15+ years of relevant experience in Silica Ramming Mass, Refractory, Iron & Steel, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of the steel, foundry and induction furnace industries.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development and key account management.
- Strong existing qualified network among steel plants, foundries and industrial buyers in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
- Candidates currently based in Raipur, or with strong working knowledge and business networks in the Chhattisgarh market, will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good commercial understanding.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹12 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.
