Kazam is hiring a Zonal Head – North 2 based in Lucknow to oversee business growth, dealer relations, and charger installation operations across Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain strong relationships with OEM dealership networks to enforce attach-rate adherence, ensuring Kazam chargers are bundled with every EV vehicle sale.




- Drive complete accountability for timely payment collections from dealers across the zone while upselling additional Kazam products and software solutions.
- Lead end-to-end charger installation operations at customer locations, managing ground technicians to achieve strict turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Overcome field execution bottlenecks, maintain high installation quality and electrical safety standards, and resolve dealer and customer escalations.
- Track zonal KPIs, including sales conversion, installation SLAs, collections, and team performance across Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in EV infrastructure, automotive dealer management, consumer durables, or electrical equipment.
- Proven track record in managing field operations, service SLAs, and dealer collections across Uttar Pradesh.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a base location in Lucknow and willingness to travel state-wide.
