​We at Godrej Finance Limited (Godrej Capital) are looking for a dynamic Zonal Collection Manager to spearhead our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio for the North Zone! ?

​What you will do:

? Drive end-to-end collection, roll-forward control, and recovery strategies for our secured LAP portfolio.

? Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing zonal team of managers and field executives.

? Oversee agency operations, legal recourse (including SARFAESI), and compliance standards.

? Collaborate closely with Risk, Credit, and Sales to identify early warning signals and maintain healthy asset quality.

​What we are looking for:





✔️ 8–12 years of overall retail asset collections experience, with solid exposure to Mortgage/LAP portfolios at a regional/zonal level.

✔️ Deep understanding of legal frameworks governing secured loans (SARFAESI Act proficiency is a must).

✔️ Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical acumen.
