Zoho CRM & Website Specialist

Role Summary

Own and continuously improve the company's Zoho CRM and its associated website, ensuring digital enquiries, customer data and sales workflows are captured and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, pipelines, workflows, Blueprints, dashboards and reports.

Manage the associated website, including content updates, forms, lead capture and CRM integration.

Ensure website enquiries are correctly captured, routed, tracked and followed up in Zoho CRM.

Oversee lead management, sales pipelines, activities, quotations and customer-data quality. Automate CRM and sales processes using Zoho tools and low-code solutions.

Troubleshoot CRM and website issues, support users and improve system adoption.

Undertake other responsibilities, special projects,



and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by Management, based on evolving business requirements.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computer Applications (BCA), or a related field.

3-5 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience.

Experience with CRM configuration, workflows, automation and reporting.

Experience managing websites, web forms and CRM integrations. Knowledge of APIs, Zoho Flow and low-code tools preferred; Zoho certification is an advantage.
