Key Responsibilities:

- Design, customise and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Social modules, layouts, workflows, Blueprints, validation rules and automation.

- Develop business logic and automation.

- Build and maintain REST API, webhooks, and third-party integrations with systems such as Shopify, Wondersoft, VetBuddy, Ozonetel and AWS-based services.

- Implement customer, lead and ticket workflows, including New Customer Lead and Existing Customer Ticket journeys.

- Work on CRM data migration, data mapping, validation and duplicate management.

- Build reports and dashboards using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.

- Support telephony integration, including call logging, caller identification, recording and call disposition workflows.

- Troubleshoot integration and CRM issues and provide ongoing production support.





- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Zoho solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper testing before production deployment.

Skills Required:

- 3- 6 years of hands-on Zoho CRM development experience.

- Robust experience with Zoho CRM customisation and automation.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and API authentication.

- Experience with Zoho Desk and CRM integrations.

- Experience with data migration and CRM data modelling.

- Ability to independently analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them.

- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Sales IQ/Zobot.
