Role & responsibilities

Development and customization: Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM applications and modules to align with business requirements.

- Integrate Zoho CRM with SAP using APIs and other web services.
- Workflow and automation: Implement and optimize workflows, automation, and blueprints within Zoho applications.
- Troubleshooting and support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide ongoing support, and create documentation for users.
- Data management: Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM and implement security protocols.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions as per CR.
- Maintenance and updates: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and performance optimization for Zoho applications.

Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor / masters degree in computer science with domain expertise in Zoho CRM implementation, developments, configuration and team management.
- Technical skills: Expertise in the Zoho Suite (especially CRM and Creator), customization, and configuration are crucial.
- Scripting: Knowledge of Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) and basic JavaScript is often required.
- Integration: Experience with APIs and integrating with third-party systems is necessary.
- Problem-solving: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting and finding solutions.
