Role Description This is a full time, on-site YouTube Marketing role based in Gurugram. The team member will manage and grow Valion’s YouTube presence by planning content calendars, coordinating video concepts, and optimizing channel performance for brand awareness and lead generation. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand real estate offerings, briefing and coordinating with video production resources, overseeing video editing, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.

The role involves managing uploads, writing compelling titles and descriptions, using SEO best practices for YouTube, monitoring analytics,



and adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement. The team member will also research trends, competitor channels, and audience behaviors to refine content strategy and support broader digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong YouTube channel management skills, including understanding of platform algorithms, SEO, and analytics.
- Candidates should possess video production and video editing skills to plan, coordinate, and refine engaging visual content.
- Candidates should possess communication and marketing skills to craft clear messaging, build audience engagement, and support brand growth.
- Candidates should possess the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Relevant experience of 2–4 years in YouTube marketing or digital video marketing, ideally in real estate, financial services, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with design tools or collaboration with creative teams for thumbnails and visual assets is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
