Nutritionist Misha Services (NMS) is a fast-growing women's hormonal health brand helping women manage and reverse PCOS naturally. Our programme brings together dietitians, doctors, exercise and yoga coaches, and mental health coaches to support every client holistically. We're looking for a full-time Exercise Expert / Yoga Coach who is passionate about women's health and fitness.

Location: Remote / Online sessions

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Rs. 15,000 per month (fixed)

What you'll do

- Conduct live online group and one-on-one sessions in yoga, strength training, and functional fitness
- Design personalised workout and yoga plans for hormonal balance, weight management, menstrual health, and stress relief
- Create beginner-friendly home workouts that need little or no equipment
- Adapt exercises to each client's fitness level, body type, and physical limitations
- Track client progress, attendance, and consistency, and share regular updates with the backend team
- Work closely with our dietitians, doctors, and mental health coaches for a holistic approach
- Keep clients motivated and accountable through regular check-ins




- Create short exercise and yoga content for client groups when needed

What we're looking for

- Certified yoga instructor (RYT-200 or equivalent) and/or certified fitness trainer (ACE, ACSM, K11, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of experience in yoga, fitness training, or women's wellness
- Knowledge of PCOS/PCOD, women's health, or therapeutic exercise preferred
- Comfortable conducting live sessions on Zoom or Google Meet
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Energetic, patient, and client-focused
- Available full time, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable space for online sessions
