THE ROLE :

YesMadam is looking for an AI Product Manager to build and scale AI-powered products and customer experiences in a fast-paced B2C environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business priorities, cutting-edge AI technologies, and user-centric design to deliver measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Opportunity Identification : Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across customer experience, growth, marketing, and operations.
- Product Lifecycle Ownership : Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery to PRD, MVP, launch, and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Business, CX, Operations, Marketing, Design, Data and Engineering teams to execute key product initiatives.
- AI Experiences and Automation : Build AI-powered experiences including AI assistants, chatbots, personalization engines, recommendation workflows, automation,



and intelligent search.
- Metrics and Impact Analysis : Define key KPIs and measure adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, model accuracy, and overall business impact.
- Customer Research and Insights : Conduct ongoing customer research and leverage data-driven insights to uncover strategic product opportunities.
- Technical AI Integration : Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on LLMs, APIs, RAG architecture, AI Agents, model evaluation, and platform integrations.
- Vendor Management : Manage third-party AI and technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and smooth implementation.
- Product Documentation : Maintain robust PRDs, workflow diagrams, AI use case repositories, prompt libraries, and complete product documentation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Must-Have Requirements :

- Core Experience : 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2C, D2C, Consumer Internet, E-commerce, or high-growth tech platforms.
- AI/ML Exposure : Direct experience building, launching, or managing AI/ML-powered products, features, or intelligent automated systems.
- Education : MBA or Technical Degree (B.Tech / B.E. / B.S. in CS/IT or quantitative field) is a mandatory requirement.
- Mindset and Acumen : Strong systems thinking, analytical mindset,



sharp business acumen, and deep customer understanding.
- Design Understanding : Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and hands-on ability to create basic wireframes and user flows.
- Execution and Agility : Comfortable operating in ambiguity with first-principles thinking, fast experimentation, and swift execution.
- Communication : Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies : OpenAI / ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and general AI APIs.
- Working knowledge of AI architecture concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and event tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Metabase).
