Our SAP service line is currently looking for an industry - SAP CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Technical & UI Support: Lead the enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP CRM modules.
- Module Ownership: Configure, customize, and build UI components for Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS.
- UI/UX Enhancement: Design user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and custom components using SAPUI5 and Fiori.
- Process Automation: Streamline email responses (ERMS), customer interactions, and service workflows through technical solutions.

Required Profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 57 years of dedicated SAP CRM technical and UI development experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0, UI/UX best practices, and reporting tools.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
