Job Summary:

Responsible for inspecting used vehicles, evaluating their condition and determining the appropriate purchase/exchange value. The role also supports sourcing and coordination with the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect used vehicles – engine, body, interior, tyres, electrical and mechanical condition.
- Identify accident history, damages, repainting and major repairs.
- Conduct test drives and identify vehicle issues.
- Check RC, insurance, service history and other vehicle documents.
- Estimate repair/reconditioning costs.
- Evaluate the market value and resale potential of the vehicle.
- Prepare and update vehicle evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with X-Mart, Sales, Service and Accounts teams.
- Explain vehicle valuation to customers and support negotiation.




- Maintain proper records of all evaluated vehicles.
- Stay updated on used-car market prices and trends.

Required Skills:

- Good automobile knowledge
- Vehicle inspection & valuation skills
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Valid 4-wheeler driving licence

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree – Automobile or Mechanical preferred. Relevant automobile experience can also be considered.

Experience:

1–3 years in automobile service, used-car evaluation, sales/purchase or related field. Freshers with good automobile knowledge may also be considered
