We have an opening for a Control Testing Manager with WTW at our Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform controls testing (On-prem & Cloud) including assessment of Control Design Adequacy & Control Operating effectiveness.
- Demonstrable knowledge on different audit regimes such as SOx 404, SOC2, SSAE18, NYDFS and other relevant frameworks.
- Establishing and operating processes and procedures for control testing across diverse environments.
- Conduct control walkthroughs with system owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate understanding of control requirements and processes.
- Apply solid execution skills to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality control testing, including gathering evidence and documenting results in accordance with WTW standards.
- Adapt quickly to new domains and contribute effectively to complex assessment activities.
- Lead assigned projects independently with minimal supervision,



ensuring end-to-end ownership and timely delivery.
- Support team members through active knowledge-sharing, guidance and collaboration.
- Reporting and tracking on-prem and cloud control gaps as well as ineffective or inadequate controls, quantifying the risk impact and severity.
- Identify opportunities and recommendations to improve the design and implementation of controls.
- Support control owners in the design and maintenance of controls and relevant documentation.
- Create effective testing reports and relevant documentation inclusive of issue description, recommendations, evidence analysis etc.
- Undertaking such other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
- Keep yourself up-to date with evolving Information Security regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
