We are looking for an experienced Furniture Workshop Foreman to manage and supervise our furniture production and workshop operations.

Position: Furniture Workshop Foreman

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily furniture workshop production
- Manage carpenters, polishers and other workshop staff
- Read and understand furniture drawings and designs
- Ensure proper measurements, materials and workmanship
- Monitor production quality and finishing
- Coordinate with Interior Designers and Project Managers
- Plan production schedules and meet project deadlines
- Check material requirements and minimize wastage
- Ensure proper tools, machinery, and workshop safety

Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing/workshop supervision
- Strong knowledge of modular and custom-made furniture
- Good understanding of wood, plywood, MDF, veneer, laminate and hardware
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with site teams
- Positive knowledge of furniture detailing and execution

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
